Warranty

Pre-assembled or Custom Builds Headlights

All pre assembled and custom builds carry a 90 day workmanship warranty against defects that occur. Any failed component, condensation issue will be addressed free of charge within this period. Most products will have to be sent in for further testing and any necessary repair or replacement.

In the instance a product failure or issue outside of the 90 day warranty period, we will address the issue at a deeply discounted rate on both labor and materials.

Products

All products carry manufacture warranties. Most warranties range from 1-3 years depending on supplier. Please contact us for further information.

 

Refunds/Returns

Pre-assembled or Custom Builds Headlights

All pre-assembled builds are make to order and require labor and custom parts to assemble. Because of the nature of this product we do not accept refunds. All sales are final.

Products

Any free shipping promotions will be forfeited if the order is returned and the original shipping costs will also be deducted from the refundable amount. We are not responsible for return postage unless the return is due to our mistake (sent wrong product etc.).

Speed of light customs does not accept returns on any  closeout products. We will also not accept any used or installed products back for returns or exchanges.  In the event of a product failure upon arrival please contact us and we will help resolve the issue with either diagnosing or further testing at our facility and if deemed defective will send a replacement part free of charge.

Our standard restocking fee will apply and is outlined below. Please refer to our restocking policies below for further detail. To be eligible for the refund or store credit listed below, all products must be returned within 30 days. If outside of 30 days we will not accept the return or provide any refund or store credit.

Perfect condition – product is unopened or like new =80% refund or 100% store credit

Re-Conditioned – Package opened or product(s) are damaged  = 70% refund or 90% store credit

Inability to restock – Product and packaging both damaged = 0% refund, 0% credit
